Tiphaine Louradour joined Spaceflight in early 2023 as CEO to lead Spaceflight through its next phase of growth. Tiphaine’s commitment to customer success and passion for solving complex problems directly aligns with Spaceflight’s dedication to enabling customers to achieve their missions. Tiphaine’s nearly 25 years of industry experience will be an asset to Spaceflight as she supports the company in growing and expanding its Sherpa OTV program. 

Prior to her role at Spaceflight, Tiphaine held senior strategic leadership, sales, and operational roles at International Launch Services, Inc. and ULA, serving as President, ULS Global Commercial Sales along with other senior roles. She has also worked for multinational consulting firms, national firms and start-up companies in a variety of industries with geographically diverse environments.

Tiphaine holds a degree of general studies in economics and a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion from Dauphine University in Paris and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
