This Privacy Policy explains how and what information Spaceflight, Inc. (Spaceflight) collects about you, how we use it and allow you to update, manage or delete your information when you visit the Spaceflight website (Site), spaceflight.com. Please note this Privacy Policy only applies to the Site. Further, if you are a resident of California, our CCPA Privacy Policy Statement may also apply to you.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following types of Personal Information about you: your first name, last name, job title, username, password, phone number, postal address, payment information, including payment card details and billing address, email addresses, employer, related third parties (Personal Information). We also collect information you create, upload, or receive from the Site when using it.
Personal Information can be collected in combination with non-identifying information such as your browser type and version, unique identifiers, device type, communication network information, Internet Protocol (IP) address, geolocation data, crash reports, system activity, the date and time of your usage and areas of the Site you visit. We collect information about terms you search, videos you watch, interaction with content, and purchase activity.
Occasionally Spaceflight will collect information from public sources about you, such as if you are mentioned in a magazine article. We may collect information from trusted partners who may provide us with information about potential customers for our services.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Spaceflight does not sell your Personal Information. The information Spaceflight collects improves the Site for all users. Spaceflight may use your information for measurement and analytic services to optimize the Site. We may use information to contact you, for example, if the Site detects suspicious activity on your account or to respond to you.
We may also share the information we collect when we determine it is required or permitted by law, to enforce our Terms of Service or to manage our information and system security.
We may further transfer your Personal Information to our trusted third-party service providers some of which may include our affiliates, as necessary, for them to provide services to us in connection with our fulfilment of the purpose set out above, for example, we may rely on service providers to host and maintain our website, perform backup and storage services, process payments, collect debts, provide customer service, transmit communications, and perform analytics services. Our service providers are located and process Personal Information in the following countries: United States and the European Union.
We may use cookies, pixel tags, data caches and server logs to collect information about how you interact with the Site, store your Site preferences, and authenticate you as an authorized user. RESPONSE TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Your web browser may have the ability to transmit a “do-not-track” or another signal when you visit the Site. Currently, the Site does not respond to such “do-not-track” signals.
SECURITY MEASURES
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and Spaceflight maintains physical, technical, and administrative measures intended to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we collect from any accidental or unauthorized loss, alteration, access, or use. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While Spaceflight strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security. In the event of any suspected breach of personal information, Spaceflight will notify individuals and any applicable regulator of a breach when we are legally required to do so.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties. When you leave the Site via a third-party link, this Privacy Policy no longer applies, and Spaceflight is not responsible for the third party’s privacy practices. We encourage you to review the third party’s privacy policy to learn more about its privacy practices.
CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13
If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personal information. If we determine an individual under the age of 13 submitted personal information to us via the Site, we will delete it.
BUSINESS TRANSITIONS
At some point, Spaceflight may undergo a business transition such as a merger, acquisition of another company, or sale of some or all of Spaceflight’s assets. Under such circumstances, Spaceflight may transfer the information we’ve collected about you to a third party.
REVIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Under applicable laws, you may have rights to access, update, rectify or remove certain Personal Information we have about you, or restrict or object to certain activities in which we engage with your Personal Information. To exercise any rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, or, to review, update, or remove the Personal Information we’ve collected about you, contact us at privacy@spaceflight.com. We will respond to your request for access within 30 days. We may need to request additional Personal Information from you, such as mailing address, telephone number and/or email address, in order to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
From time to time, Spaceflight may amend or modify this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Site and so encourage you to regularly review it to learn of any updates.

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), Spaceflight, Inc. (“Spaceflight,” “we” or “our”) is providing the following details regarding the categories of Personal Information that we collect, use and disclose about California residents. This CCPA Notice does not apply to our job applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the Personal Information we collect about those individuals relates to their current, former, or potential role at Spaceflight. Under the CCPA, “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular California resident or household.

We collect Personal Information from:
• Our interactions with you, such as through our websites, surveys and questionnaires, emails, social media, and any other online or offline interactions, such as when you contact us via phone or attend one of our events.

Use of Personal Information
We use these categories of Personal Information for the purposes of operating, managing, and maintaining our business, providing our products and services, and accomplishing our business purposes and objectives, including using Personal Information to:

- Personalize, advertise, and market our products and services;

Under the CCPA, if a business sells Personal Information, it must allow California residents to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information. However, we do not sell and have not sold Personal Information, as “sale” is defined in the CCPA.
Individual Rights and Requests
If you are a California resident, you may request that we:
- Disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:
- The categories of Personal Information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such Personal Information;
- The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you;
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting (if applicable) Personal Information about you; and
- The categories of Personal Information about you that we otherwise shared or disclosed, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such Personal Information (if applicable).
- Delete Personal Information we collected from you.
To make a request for the disclosures or deletion described above, please use our website contact form and select “Privacy” or call 1-888-605-0434. We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the Personal Information subject to the request. As stated in Spaceflight’s Privacy Policy, we may need to request additional Personal Information from you, such as mailing address, telephone number and/or email address, in order to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests. If you maintain a password-protected account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account and require you to re-authenticate yourself before disclosing or deleting your Personal Information. If you make a deletion request, we may ask you to verify your request before we delete your Personal Information.
You have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
Authorized Agents
If you want to make a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, you may use the submission methods noted above. As part of our verification process, we may request that you provide, as applicable, proof concerning your status as an authorized agent, which also may include:
- Proof of your registration with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California; and/or
- A power of attorney from the California resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130.
If you are making a request on behalf of a California resident and have not provided us with a power of attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130, we may also require the resident to:
- Verify the resident’s own identity directly with us; or
- Directly confirm with us that the resident provided you permission to submit the request.
Changes to this CCPA Notice
We may change or update this CCPA Notice from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised CCPA Notice on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
